The Channel of the Alpha connects the G Center (Gate 7 - The Role of the Self) with the Throat Center (Gate 31 - Influence/Leading), creating a Design of Leadership for Good or Bad. This logical Channel is the collective leadership Channel. Gate 7 provides the role and direction, while Gate 31 provides the influential voice. Together they create democratic leadership - the ability to influence the direction of the Collective through voice and vision. The "for good or bad" is important: this is about the role, not the morality of the leader.
