What is the Sacral Authority?
Sacral Authority is only possible for the Generator. The Generator is the only Type whose Strategy can simultaneously be their inner Authority. This simplifies their decision-making process.
The prerequisite is that the Solar Plexus Center is open. Sacral Authority manifests as a gut voice or a surge of energy in response to an external stimulus. Learn to pay attention to your body sounds, which can manifest as grunting, humming, groaning, or in an "uh-huh" or "un-un." When your sacral motor has responded to something, you feel vital, alive, have seemingly inexhaustible energy available and do your work with great enthusiasm. You are born to go through life with joy and satisfaction and to be fully immersed in your activities without ulterior purpose.
When the Spleen Center is activated and perhaps directly connected to the Sacral Center, it represents a co-Authority to the Sacral Center. Such a person can react and make decisions particularly quickly and spontaneously. How do I recognize my Sacral response?
The Sacral response manifests as a physical sensation in the belly or lower abdomen. It is often audible as "uh-huh" (yes) or "uhn-uhn" (no). The response comes immediately and spontaneously, before the mind gets involved. Practicing with simple yes/no questions from others helps strengthen this awareness.
What is the difference between Sacral and Emotional Authority?
The Sacral Authority responds in the moment - the answer is immediately available. The Emotional Authority requires time and riding the emotional wave before gaining clarity. If the Solar Plexus is defined, it always overrides the Sacral response, meaning you have Emotional Authority, not Sacral.
Can I ask myself yes/no questions with Sacral Authority?
The Sacral Center responds best to external stimuli and direct yes/no questions from others. Asking yourself questions tends to engage the mind rather than the Sacral. It is more effective to have a trusted person ask you concrete questions and then notice your body's immediate response.
