Heart Center

The Heart Center is a powerful motor center that drives willpower and the ego. It is closely connected to the thymus gland and plays a central role in the material world, helping us shape our personal and communal existence. The Heart Center is responsible for making us feel good within the tribe - the community - and for recognizing our role in society. It helps us use our willpower to achieve our goals and prove our values.

When the Heart Center is defined, we recognize our own worth and can use our willpower effectively. We feel secure in expressing our ego and are able to make and keep promises. We enjoy working and can determine our own life by following our inner guidance. It is important to allow ourselves and others to show our strong will and ego strength, which strengthens our self-esteem. However, we should also remember not to get caught up in unrealistic expectations and not to overwhelm others, so we can maintain a healthy balance between work and rest.

When the Heart Center is undefined, we often feel compelled to prove our will and ego strength. We have the need to be successful and to compete with others, which often leads us into a spiral of self-worth loss. We give too much of ourselves and try to do more than we can actually handle to boost our self-esteem. It is important to release the mind from its role as authority and instead listen to the inner Authority that tells us what is right for us. By allowing ourselves not to prove anything, we can find peace and wisdom and learn to recognize the vibrations of other egos.
