The Channel of Synthesis connects the Solar Plexus Center (Gate 49 - Revolution/Principles) with the Root Center (Gate 19 - Wanting/Approach), creating a Design of Sensitivity. This is one of the three mystical Channels in Human Design. It connects revolutionary emotional principles with the sensitive awareness of needs. People with this Channel are deeply sensitive to the needs of the community and have the revolutionary emotional power to transform social structures.
