Description

The Channel of Concentration connects the Root Center (Gate 52 - Keeping Still) with the Sacral Center (Gate 9 - The Taming Power of the Small), creating a powerful energy for focused determination. This is a Channel of the Understanding Circuit that gives the ability to concentrate deeply on details. When this Channel is defined, there is a natural capacity to sit still and focus intensely on whatever needs attention. The pressure from the Root becomes channeled into detailed, focused work through the Sacral response. This is not about mental concentration but about physical stillness and determination - the body knows when to be still and when to move.
