The Four Aura Types

Your aura is the energetic field that surrounds you and that others unconsciously perceive. Each Human Design Type has a different aura:

Manifestors have a closed, repelling aura. They often come across as intimidating or dominant to others without realizing it. That is why their Strategy is to inform - it reduces the natural defensive reaction in others.

Generators have an open, inviting aura that magnetically attracts others. People naturally approach Generators and bring them opportunities. That is why it is so important for them to respond rather than initiate.

Projectors have a focused, penetrating aura that reaches deep into the field of a single person. They see others so clearly that without an invitation, it can be perceived as intrusive.

Reflectors have a resistant, sampling aura that mirrors the energy of their environment. They need the right environment because they literally reflect it.

Your Profile in Social Situations

The 12 Profiles in Human Design determine how you behave in relationships. The six Lines each have their own social dynamic:

Line 1 needs a solid foundation and security. Line 2 is a natural talent who prefers not to be disturbed. Line 3 learns through trial and error and needs freedom. Line 4 is the networker - relationships are everything. Line 5 is often projected upon as a savior and must learn to manage expectations. Line 6 has a three-part life journey and becomes a role model.
