What is My Life Purpose?

The Incarnation Cross is the central element of your Human Design chart. It is formed by the four Gates of your conscious and unconscious Sun and Earth, and describes the overarching theme of your life.

There are 192 different Incarnation Crosses that fall into three categories: the Right Angle Cross (personal destiny), the Juxtaposition Cross (fixed geometry), and the Left Angle Cross (transpersonal destiny). Each tells a different story about how you contribute to the world.

Your Incarnation Cross does not unfold immediately - it reveals itself gradually as you follow your Strategy and Authority. It is not a goal you need to pursue, but a natural expression of who you truly are.

Your Profile describes the way you live out your life theme. It consists of two numbers (e.g. 3/5 or 6/2) and shows what role you take on in the world.

The first number (conscious Line) represents the part of your personality that you are aware of. The second number (unconscious Line) reveals the part that others see in you, but that you often do not perceive yourself.

Together, the Incarnation Cross and Profile form a unique picture: your Cross tells you what your life theme is, and your Profile shows you how you live it out.
