Description

The Channel of Initiation connects the Heart/Ego Center (Gate 51 - The Arousing/Shock) with the G Center (Gate 25 - The Spirit of the Self/Innocence), creating a Design of Needing to be First. This is one of the three mystical Channels in Human Design. It connects willpower and the competitive spirit with the innocence and spirit of the Self. People with this Channel are here to be shocked into awakening and to shock others into new awareness. The initiation is often through unexpected, even traumatic experiences that ultimately serve spiritual growth.
