The Channel of the Rhythm connects the G Center (Gate 15 - Extremes/Modesty) with the Sacral Center (Gate 5 - Fixed Rhythms), creating a Design of being in the Flow. This is one of the most fundamental Channels in Human Design, connecting the identity and direction of the Self with the life force energy of the Sacral through rhythm. People with this Channel live in extremes of rhythm - sometimes busy, sometimes still, eating at unusual times, sleeping at irregular hours.
