Open Centers in the Composite

The open centers in the composite chart show where Mike Rutherford is particularly receptive to external influences during this cycle, and where not-self themes may intensify.

Root Center Pressure, Stress

Not-self: "Are you still trying to hurry up to finally be free? An open Root Center wants to get rid of the pressure by going faster. The question exposes the trick: calm does not come after the rush, but when you stop making other people's pressure your own."

Solar Plexus Center Emotions

Not-self: "Are you still avoiding conflict and truth? Whoever takes in other people's feelings amplified often tries to avoid any emotional tension so as not to stir anyone up. The question encourages you: uncomfortable truths may be spoken, the wave is part of life."

Heart Center Ego, Willpower

Not-self: "Are you still trying to prove something to yourself and others? With an open Heart Center, the feeling of having to keep up and prove yourself arises easily. The question takes the pressure off: your worth does not depend on what you promise or achieve."
