The Four Types and Their Success Strategies

Manifestors (about 9% of the population) are the initiators. Their Strategy is to inform before they act. In their careers, they thrive as entrepreneurs, visionaries, or in positions where they can work independently.

Generators and Manifesting Generators (about 70%) are the workforce of the world. Their Strategy is "Wait and Respond" - they need something in the external world to respond to. Professionally, they flourish when they find work that truly excites them.

Projectors (about 20%) are the guides and managers. Their Strategy is to wait for the invitation. In their careers, they are best suited as consultants, coaches, or leaders who recognize and direct the talents of others.

Reflectors (about 1%) are the mirrors of the community. Their Strategy is to wait a complete lunar cycle (28 days). Professionally, they make excellent evaluators and quality assessors.
