Why Am I Often Exhausted?
Exhaustion often has little to do with laziness - it shows you that you are living energy that is not your own. Your Open Centers in Human Design reveal exactly where you are susceptible to absorbing and amplifying other people's energy.
Open Centers & Conditioning
Open Centers - Your Receiving Antennas
The open (white) Centers in your BodyGraph are areas where you do not have your own fixed energy. Instead, you absorb the energy of other people and amplify it. This can be both a gift and a burden.
An open Sacral Center, for example, means you do not have your own constant work energy. When you surround yourself with people who have a defined Sacral, you can absorb their energy and temporarily feel very capable - but when you are alone, that energy collapses and exhaustion sets in.
An open Solar Plexus Center works similarly: you absorb the emotions of others and amplify them. What begins as a mild mood shift in someone else can feel like an emotional earthquake to you.
Deconditioning - Returning to Your True Energy
Conditioning occurs when you begin to regard the energy of your Open Centers as your own. You believe you must always work (open Sacral), always be strong (open Heart/Ego), always know the answer (open Ajna).
The first step toward Deconditioning is awareness: recognizing which energies do not belong to you. Your Human Design chart shows you this in seconds.
The second step is practice: learn to release the energy before you go to sleep. Spend time alone to feel who you are without the influence of others. Respect your boundaries - especially in the areas of your Open Centers.
