Her sister Tatiana Celia was born on 5 May 1989 and her brother John Bouvier Kennedy on 19 January 1993.
Schlossberg graduated from Harvard University and New York University where she earned her Master of Professional Studies degree.
In 2013, Schlossberg, along with Mara Nelson-Greenberg, co-launched End Time Girls Club, an end time-apocalyptic web television comedy series on YouTube. The series follows two twentysomething women, Bee (portrayed by Schlossberg) and Lara (portrayed by Nelson-Greenberg), as they give women comic tips to surviving the apocalypse.
Schlossberg has been the subject of media coverage throughout her life but largely kept herself out of the public eye. She resides in Ojai, California, with her wife, restaurateur Rory McAuliffe, whom she married in 2022.
Her sister Tatiana Schlossberg died from acute myeloid leukaemia on 30 December 2025 at the age of 35.
