Meghan Trainor

American singer-songwriter whose music is predominantly bubblegum pop, blue-eyed soul, doo-wop and pop in sound. Her lyrics mainly deal with subjects of 21st-century womanhood and self-empowerment. She released three independent albums before signing with Epic Records and achieving her breakthrough in 2014 with the single "All About That Bass". The song reached number one on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100. Trainor's second single, "Lips Are Movin", peaked at number four. Her EP Title debuted at number 15 on the Billboard 200 in September 2014, and her full-length 2015 album, also named Title, debuted at number one.

Trainor's work has been recognized with several awards and nominations, including a Grammy Award, Music Business Association's Breakthrough Artist of the Year accolade and two Billboard Music Awards.

Trainor wed actor Daryl Sabara on her 25th birthday, 22 December 2018, in front of 100 close friends and family in an intimate backyard ceremony at their Los Angeles home. On 8 February 2021 she gave birth to their first son, and on 1 July 2023 she gave birth to their second son.
