The more time Bjorn Borg took to let a decision mature, the deeper and more comprehensive his understanding became. This required patience and repeatedly sleeping on questions. He should allow himself to be delayed. Over time, intense feelings subsided, emotional distance gained strength, and clarity as well as calmness emerged. This process was particularly important for long-term decisions that could have a significant impact on his life course. The necessity of delay served to avoid emotional illusions and acknowledge that mood colors perception.

The 6/2 Profile — Role Model / Hermit

Bjorn Borg's Design established a two-phase life path: In the first three decades, experimentation dominated. His Profile 6/2, Role Model/Natural Talent, drove him forward during this time through trial and error. He gathered experiences, often accompanied by setbacks that served as corrections. Line 3 acted here as a motor for active experimenting, where he presented himself socially – an aspect of Line 2 with its focus on style and manners. After turning thirty, the dynamics fundamentally changed. The energy of Line 6 became effective, leading to a necessary distancing. Instead of continuing to actively engage with events, he withdrew – metaphorically into a "cave on the mountain". This withdrawal was not an escape but a process of integration and healing. Here he reflected on his accumulated life experiences with new wisdom. His earlier search for authenticity transformed into deep self-awareness.
