At the same time, he possessed immense vital energy through his defined Sacral Center. As a motor, it generated daily energy that he could correctly use by reacting to external impulses. At the same time, there was a capacity for clear insights in the present moment to be communicated. The Channel of Brainwave 57-20 allowed intuitive truths from the Spleen Center to flow directly to the Throat Center. This enabled spontaneous, precise expressions based on old instincts and strengthened others' survival intelligence.

The material plane was shaped by the Channel of the Money Line 21-45. Here, the will of the Hunter met the authoritative voice of the Gatherer. Alfred Toepfer took responsibility for resources, sought control over his work, and served the tribe's welfare through financial security and structural leadership.

Toepfer used this bloom period for strategic reorganization: In June 1943 he founded the state-owned purchasing office “Bureau d’achat du capitaine Toepfer et Stahlberg et Cie.” in Paris, thereby concretely and institutionally anchoring his professional potential.
