However, if he went against his nature - for instance, doing things that did not resonate internally or being prevented from pursuing his heart's project when he still had plenty of power left - he was at risk. Then frustration and a lack of energy threatened to set in as he wasted his strength instead of using it purposefully. His success thus depended less on mere action than on whether he responded to the right impulses from life, thereby channeling his intrinsic creative force.

Sacral Authority

Erich Pommer displayed a direct, physical way of decision-making: His inner authority lay in the defined Sacral Center. He did not react through prolonged deliberation but rather through an immediate gut feeling or surge of energy. This reaction manifested as grunting, humming, or a spontaneous 'Hmm' whenever he was addressed from outside.

This mechanism required an open Emotional Center so that feelings would not block him during moments of decision-making. When his sacral motor kicked in, Erich Pommer felt vital and alive; he had inexhaustible energy and tackled tasks with great enthusiasm. His design predisposed him to lose himself completely in activities without fixating on a rigid purpose. Joy and satisfaction were the natural companions of this work style.

The 2/4 Profile — Hermit / Opportunist

Erich Pommer was someone who oscillated between a deep need for withdrawal and the urge to connect with his closest community. His design tended towards processing knowledge from his network in solitude to develop clear insights. This dynamic stemmed from his Profile 2/4: Line 2 periodically demanded solitary existence as an 'hermit', while line 4 stirred the desire for community with favorite people. It was crucial for him to clearly communicate when he sought company and when he wanted to remain undisturbed in his 'cave'. During this Me-Time, he immersed himself in internal processes, created calm and clarity. Once the need for withdrawal was satisfied, he returned to connect with his surroundings. This way, he could reflect on and evaluate impressions from his network. Gate 56 contributed to the ability to link connections and generate brilliant ideas, where support fostered this process. Simultaneously, Gate 3 with its line 4: It provided an overview of larger connections and radiated a charismatic magnetic field that attracted external guidance. This energy helped him bring order out of confusion and integrate forces from outside. Through this configuration, he learned to align his inner clarity with the outer world.

Split Definition — Defined & Open Centers

Erich Pommer revealed himself as someone with a consistent, trustworthy mental function. His defined Ajna Center generated a specific kind of conceptual thinking; he was hard to influence from the outside and processed data and creativity in a constant manner. This mental stability manifested externally through his defined Throat Center, which served as a pivot point to transform these conceptualized information into clear communication and action. Thus, his voice spoke directly out of his mind, expressing what he thought.

Parallel to this, Erich Pommer had a fixed sense of self-identity. His defined G Center gave him a sense of direction and the ability to love himself without being dependent on others. This inner security was reinforced by a defined Sacral Center, which acted as a motor. It generated a specific amount of energy daily that he used in response to offers. His strategy involved not taking the first step but waiting for life to ask him before deciding with a yes or no answer from his gut.

Among his defining centers were also Spleen and Root. The defined Spleen Center provided spontaneous intuition and an awareness of health in the present moment. The defined Root Center supplied physical pressure to move forward and cope with stress in a fixed way.

In contrast, Head, Heart, and Solar Plexus Centers were open. The open Head Center had no consistent source for inspiration; Erich Pommer was vulnerable to picking up mental pressure from others as his own doubt or confusion. The open Heart Center meant he wasn’t designed to exercise willpower in the sense of ego and competition. It didn’t give him a constant feeling of “I can,” but made him receptive to the vibrations of other egos. Finally, his open Solar Plexus absorbed the emotions of the environment. He wasn’t designed to generate his own emotional waves but reflected and amplified those of others. This required not identifying with these absorbed moods to maintain clarity.

Channels for change, intuition, curiosity and conscious maturation.

Erich Pommers design showed a tendency towards sudden evolutionary turning points, accompanied by deep inner melancholy. The Brainwave Channel 57-20 gave this intuition a clear voice in the present, while the Maturity Channel 53-42 ensured he went through experiences fully and reflected on them to gain collective wisdom.

Individual Circuitry — Circuit Signature

In 1926, at age 37, his contract was not renewed due to high costs for the film 'Metropolis'. This was not personal failure but rather the mechanical expression of a system breaking under the pressure of new, unconventional demands to make way for necessary changes.

The second Saturn Return finally brought about the final anchoring in a new reality. In 1944, at age 55, Erich Pomer received US citizenship. This step closed the circle of the first half of his life: after founding in Berlin and crisis through 'Metropolis', his design found its ultimate structural home in a new country, emphasizing Saturn's ability to integrate experience into stable identity.
