Monica Bellucci

Italian screen actress, fashion model and sex symbol, fluent in Italian, French and English. She moved to Milan in 1988 to pursue a modelling career, for Dolce & Gabbana and Dior, but two years later made her acting debut in a television show. Since then, she has played a vampire in Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992), a beautiful widow in Malena (2001) and Mary Magdalene in the controversial movie by Mel Gibson, The Passion of the Christ (2004). In the 2003 science-fiction films The Matrix Reloaded and The Matrix Revolutions, she played Persephone. In the 2015 James Bond film Spectre, she became the oldest Bond girl in the history of the franchise.

Married to French actor Vincent Cassel in 1999; they have two daughters, Deva (born 12 September 2004) and Léonie (born 21 May 2010). Cassel and Bellucci announced their separation in August 2013 and later divorced.
