Biography
In 1900, the government of Germany made plans to strengthen their Navy, building it into the German High Seas Fleet, a task force with global capabilities. Tirpitz was put in charge of the necessary improvements, and the effort soon became known as the "Tirpitz Plan." The British reacted violently to what they saw as a threat, strengthening their own fleet and entering alliances against Germany. While Tirpitz’s plan succeeded in many ways, it did not entirely live up to its goal.
Tirpitz died on 6 March 1930, Edelshausen, Germany.
What does Manifestor 1/3 mean for Alfred von Tirpitz?
Alfred von Tirpitz is a Manifestor in Human Design – the only type designed to initiate things independently. Manifestors make up only about 9% of humanity and are naturally independent.
The Manifestor's strategy is to inform others clearly and early enough about their intentions before taking action. This reduces resistance and allows the Manifestor's natural impact to unfold freely.
When Alfred von Tirpitz lives in alignment with their design, they experience deep peace. The Manifestor's not-self theme is anger – a sign that the natural urge to initiate is being suppressed or obstructed.
Alfred von Tirpitz has Ego Authority – a very rare authority. The heartbeat and willpower of the Ego Center set the tone. The truth shows in what Alfred von Tirpitz says and promises. It's about listening to one's own voice and noticing what the heart truly beats for.

The 3rd line represents the Experimenter: learning through trial and error, embracing life as a practical experiment and growing wise through experience.
