Biography
French comedian, actor, stage director, and author, known for playing unpleasant characters. He was eight years old when his father, an obstetrician, died in a car accident.
He married pop singer Véronique Sanson in 1995 and they divorced in 2004. Then he decided to come out publicly as gay.
On 10 February 2023, in the evening, he was hospitalized after a car accident near Melun. Evacuated by helicopter, he was operated at Kremlin-Bicêtre hospital and placed in intensive care. It was found that he was driving under the influence of cocaine. Three other people were severely injured. A pregnant woman lost her unborn baby.
